UXPA Minnesota

September Event: Strategies for Measuring UX + Research Lab Tours at Optum

How do you measure user experience?  We have many ways to gather feedback from users, customers and partners, but how do mature UX teams use metrics? What metrics are worth measuring?  Is it worth measuring at all?

This talk will cover why, what and when to measure as well as common metrics used by UX teams like the System Usability Scale (SUS), Net Promoter Score (NPS) and other ways to measure efficiency, satisfaction and performance.  We’ll also discuss some of the lessons learned from using metrics broadly across many products and projects over time.

Lab Tours will be given during networking time.

NO WALK INS AT THIS EVENT. Due to security requirements, registration for this event will close on September 10th. All registrants must provide their legal name during registration for entry into the event.

Registration is now closed.
