This workshop will focus on identifying and eliminating human error during the design stage of a product lifecycle. Topics include defining human error and applying different methodologies to reduce the likelihood of building products that introduce error. We will discuss how the knowledge of human capabilities and limitations plays a key role in reducing error and building better products. We will review various examples of how to apply these principles and best practices on UX teams.
