Discover how to provide unbiased customer feedback to every single person at your company and keep your “day job.”

  • Understand the 3 components that make up a revolving door program
  • Learn how a predictable, timely customer feedback cycle can make stakeholders more knowledgeable, engaged and invested
  • Get tips on how to expand customer feedback reach within your company TODAY even if you don’t have the money or resources to implement a full revolving door program

This presentation will be lead by Sue Anderson, Director of User Experience, and Nalie Lee-Heidt, Manager of User Experience, both of Deluxe Corp.

Sue’s mantra is: Do the right research, build visions, tell a good story, get buy-in, execute and iterate. While Sue’s primary focus is on building UX practices and evolving culture to advocate for the user, she also has a wide range of experience from enterprise software applications to eCommerce experiences. In addition to spending time with her four boys, Sue loves tech, ballet, fashion, and Korean TV dramas.

Nalie provides holistic UX strategy on Deluxe’s ecommerce properties, marketing efforts and product development. She enjoys her role as a UX generalist: giving her opportunity to see a project from research, design through implementation and ability to work with all business units. Nalie is passionate about bringing Deluxe’s small business customers insights and feedback to the business.

Thank you to Deluxe for sponsoring!
